Consultations through E-mail, Zoom calls, Phone calls, and CUSTOM one – on – one meeting packages according to the clients contract.

Finalizing all the venues, caterers, photographers etc. By following up with phone calls or emails 6 weeks before the BIG day.

Management of guest list and RSVP if needed

Managing and assessing your budget if necessary

Creating a wedding day time line/itinerary

Visiting the venues for décor/ table set up planning and brainstorming

Creating a customized design and creative floor plan for each wedding to reflect our couples

Wedding planner will be present for day of coordination and wedding rehearsal, to execute all the details

Wedding planner will be present to keep an eye on the timing of ceremony and reception to ensure everything is going smoothly

Last but not least making sure the bride is kept happy on her BIG DAY!
